Refund policy

Ready designs. T-shirts, hoodies and sweatshirts can be exchanged for another size within 10 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Items that arrive damaged or incorrect are replaced free of charge if reported with a photo within 48 hours of delivery.

Personalised items. Custom photo, logo and patch orders are made only for you and cannot be returned or exchanged. You may cancel for a full refund until you approve your digital proof. If a finished piece differs from the approved proof or arrives damaged, we remake it free of charge.

Refunds. Where a refund applies, prepaid orders are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. COD refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI.
