Size exchanges on ready designs
If your tee, hoodie or sweatshirt does not fit, you can exchange it for another size within 10 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.
To start an exchange, message us on WhatsApp or email cheeratelier@gmail.com with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it at no cost.
Personalised items
Custom photo, logo and patch orders cannot be returned or exchanged, because they are made only for you. That is why we send a digital proof first. If the finished piece differs from your approved proof, we remake it. See our Custom Order Policy.
