How custom orders work
- You upload your photo, logo or artwork on the product page and pay for your order.
- Within 48 hours we send a digital proof by WhatsApp and email.
- You approve it, or ask for one free revision. Further revisions may be charged — we always tell you the cost first.
- We stitch only after approval, share a QC photo, and ship.
Your files
We use your files only to make your order. You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, any logo or artwork you send. We do not stitch copyrighted characters or brand logos without the owner's permission.
Changes and cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund until you approve your proof. Once stitching starts, orders cannot be cancelled.
Returns
Personalised items are not returnable. If the finished piece differs from your approved proof, or arrives damaged, we remake it free of charge.
Payment
Custom orders are prepaid. Bulk orders above 25 pieces are quoted and paid through a secure payment link.
