Ready designs are made to order and dispatch in 3–5 working days. Courier delivery then takes 2–5 days for most of India. Custom photo and logo pieces ship 7–12 days after you approve your proof.

Shipping is free on orders over ₹1,499. Below that, a flat ₹79 applies. You will see the exact amount before you pay.

Yes, COD is available on ready designs across most pincodes. Custom photo and logo orders are prepaid because each piece is made only for you. Prepaid UPI orders get a little extra off.

You get a tracking link by WhatsApp and email the moment your parcel is picked up. You can also use our Track Order page.

Upload your photo on the product page, choose a size, format and style, and place your order. Within 48 hours we send a digital proof on WhatsApp and email. We stitch only after you approve it, and one revision is free.

A clear, well-lit photo where faces are at least the size of a coin on your phone screen. Front-facing photos with simple backgrounds give the most detailed stitching. Not sure? Send it to us on WhatsApp first.

Yes. Upload your logo on the Logo Embroidery page for small runs, or request a bulk quote for 25+ pieces. Digitising costs ₹499 once and is waived on 25+ pieces.

Personalised pieces cannot be returned because they are made only for you — that is why we send a proof first. If something arrives damaged or different from your approved proof, we will remake it.

Our oversized tees have a dropped shoulder and a relaxed body. Choose your usual size for the intended loose fit, or one size down for a closer fit. See the size guide for measurements.

Yes — ready designs can be exchanged for a different size within 10 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn and unwashed. Message us on WhatsApp to start an exchange.

Turn the garment inside out, wash cold on a gentle cycle or by hand, and dry in the shade. Never iron directly on the embroidery — iron on the reverse with a cloth in between.
